Before you ascend, descend all the way

Just as soon as I laid eyes on this picture, it instantly transported me to a mind stopping moment in time, when Nedda Wittels said: “Before you can ascend, you must descend all the way!” Hey, no one said descending all the way couldn’t be any fun!

Nedda is the brilliant one through whom Shamballa teachings and energies were introduced, passed through me, and fully grounded. Never in my wildest dreams did I experience grounding like it before, and it now has become a daily passion. Nedda’s classes often had an element of wonder, fun and laughter. Things I am happy to pass along too.

So what does it mean to descend fully? It means to take in as much of your divine source as you can from the soul star chakra (six to eight inches above your head) in meditation, through the crown chakra, all the way down to the root chakra and the earth star (six to eight inches below and in between your feet, your earth connection). When you ask mother earth permission to ground into her magnificent loving heart, you can see, feel, allow, imagine her divine, loving energy shooting up through all your chakras, fountaining from the crown of your head into your auric field.

Descending also means exploring emotional and mental patterns that are holding you back from progress. It takes courage to do this, and more then that, the key here is compassion, love without conditions. It is a lot easier when you are fully grounded in love. Hey, you may able to throw some humor in the mix, so you can shake off some jitters through laughter, and descend fearlessly down the slide: weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!

Some links to further explore the concept of descending before ascending, *being fully grounded* through the channels that connect the various levels of divine source, chakra energy vortexes running through the body systems and earth.

Before you ascend – root chakra

Before you ascend – sacral (creative) chakra

Trust the process, and while at it, let’s remember to include the fun factor 😀

I’ve been experiencing a lot of descension recently and I’ve found myself crying and asking, “Have I not descended enough?”

    Apparently not.

I’m learning to accept and allow while attempting to appreciate.

    Thanks for posting.
